Private Session Policy & Scheduling

Private lesson passes are non-refundable. Once a session is scheduled, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled private are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. One reschedule may be accommodated outside the 48-hour window based on availability. No-shows will result in forfeiting the session.

All private sessions require a 15-minute phone consultation prior to scheduling to discuss goals, injuries or limitations, and ensure the session is fully tailored to your needs.
