This all-levels hip hop class is high-energy, expressive, and rooted in rhythm, musicality, and confidence. We’ll warm up the body, work on footwork and timing across the floor, and dive into choreography that challenges you while keeping it fun and up-lifting.

Expect to sweat, connect, and move with intention—this class is open to all styles and backgrounds, no matter your experience level.

What to bring: A water bottle, clean sneakers (only worn indoors), and an optional sweat towel.
